On-Ramp is 3 hours of introduction to the philosophy and methodology of CrossFit. This program is required for newcomers to CrossFit and includes body measurements, an introduction to nutrition, goal setting and a review of proper technique of the 9 functional movements: Air Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift, and Medicine Ball Clean .
